36 BIOS Setup

ATA/IDE Configuration

This item specifies whether the IDE channels should be initial-

ized in Compatible or Enhanced mode of operation. The set-

tings are Disabled, Compatible and Enhanced.

Configure SATA as

This item specifies function of the SATA channels. The settings

are IDE mode and AHCI mode.

Primary IDE Master/Slave, Secondary IDE Master/Slave, Third

IDE Master/Slave, Fourth IDE Master/Slave

Select one of the hard disk drives to configure it. Press

< Enter > to access its sub menu.
